We pick you up in Ljubljana and drive to Bled, the most attractive green alpine center, which delights tourists with unique experiences of nature, culture and history, sports, and cuisine.

Lake Bled is one of the most picturesque spots to visit in Slovenia. We can give you some free time to explore the surroundings on your own, or you can join us on the recommended activity – short hike to the best view in Slovenia.

After our trip to Lake Bled, our next stop is in Triglav National Park. We have a short walk before we reach one of the highest Slovenian waterfalls – the Peričnik Waterfall. If you are feeling adventurous, you can also walk behind the waterfall, which is a very refreshing experience.

Our journey continues, as we head to Lake Jasna, located just 2 km from Kranjska Gora. This is a popular tourist destination with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. If you don’t mind the cold water, you can also take a dip in this alpine lake.

We stop for a short break before we drive to the last stop at emerald green Zelenci Natural Reserve. In the far western part of the swamp lies a lake with its characteristic phenomenal green color. After Zelenci, we have an option to take a short look at Planica Nordic Center, with the gigantic ski jumping hill, or we sum up the amazing day and head back to Ljubljana.

Activity

On this tour, you can choose between two activities that you can do in Bled.

1. Hiking is one of the top outdoor activities to do in Bled. So, at the beginning of our action-packed day, we take a 20 to 30-minute hike to the top of Ojstrica Hill, which offers splendid views of Lake Bled and its surroundings. This is one of the favorite viewpoints for photographers. All of the well-known panoramas of Bled have been shot from there for a reason, and we can easily call it the best view in the country. After the hike, we return to the lake, where you can take a few hours for sightseeing, lunch, and other activities. We have a few recommendations prepared for you!
2. Rafting* Sava Dolinka River is your second option. It offers a scenic rafting trip in pristine nature with thrilling class II-III rapids (easy to intermediate). It is also suitable for kids and families. On hot summer days, it offers the best refreshment you can imagine. Our professional and swift water rescue certified guides will make sure that you get the most from your trip! All of the necessary equipment and the return transport is included in the price. You only need to bring a towel and a swimsuit. The whole trip takes around 3 hours with 1,5 hours of rafting time. After rafting you return back to Bled, where there will be some more time to see the main sights and take the time for lunch. Read more about the rafting experience here.
