While the route can easily be adapted to a variety of fitness levels, please still have in mind that is:

- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Tour may operate in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
The activity will not be cancelled due to weather conditions, but we will try our best to make a great tour even if the weather won't be the best – in this case we reserve the right to change the itinerary if we believe that some places/services cannot be seen/used during bad weather.
We will meet in Park Tabor in front of the B&B Hotel Ljubljana Park. This applies for the end of the tour as well. Once the booking is complete, we will send all needed information about the activity.

Note: If you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee bike and equipment rental.
Easy as this:

  1. Fill the enquiry form that you can find at every trip on our website and pay with a credit card (we accept variety of cards)
  2. You can pay in advance or with a cash at the start of the trip (please write us for this option)
  3. We send you confirmation of booking and all the important information regarding your trip or activity
  4. Enjoy the day
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply call or send us an email. Every cancellation of day trips/activity made up to 24 hours before departure is free of charge. But if you cancel the day trip less than 24 hours before departure none of the payment will be refunded.

In case of refund, you will be refunded within 72 hours after your cancellation.

If you have some special requests:

- You would like us to organize you a private trip
- You would like to try some other activity
